Thanks,
I found everything except "Valley of Head Hunters" at that link. I'm sorry if it has been explained earlier, but is there an easy rule to know where to check what titles so that some of us newbies can help do the checks? Or is it difficult enough that we should leave the checking to the experts . . .

Films released in 1951 or later (and some 1950 films) have to be checked at the .gov site.

The renewals for films released before 1950 (and for some 1950 films) are to be found in printed renewal registers. These volumes have been scanned and OCR'ed. The resulting text can be found here.

The texts contain errors introduced by the OCR process, so "Dark Passage" may appear as "Dank Passage". This fact makes searching more difficult.
